Many thanks for this - I think it is Forest Hill Park indeed and the modern development Forest Hill could be its site - It is the area where I would thought it would be.

Definitely now confirmed as Forest Hill Park - the lands of WF Riley are showed on the 1823 map by Walter- Thanks for your help
